URGENT PATIENT COMMUNICATION
WEARING A FACE COVERING
WHEN ENTERING THE PRACTICE
The government recommendation from 15th June 2020 is that all visitors to the practice are strongly urged that when attending practice premises that they should be asked to wear a face covering. This does not need to be a clinical grade mask but could be a scarf or bandana. A cloth face covering should cover your mouth and nose while allowing you to breathe comfortably.
Please wash your hands before putting your face covering on and when removing it. It is important that you don’t touch your face covering when wearing it, as this could result in hand to mask transmission of the virus.
The practice will not be able to provide you with a mask or face covering but we will try to remind you of the need to do so when making an appointment.
FACE MASK EXEMPTIONS
We are unable to provide letters as evidence of exemption from wearing a face mask or covering. Exemption cards are available to download and print on this website
