We currently have 2 GPs absent from work which is unfortunately affecting the number of appointments we have available. We are also aware that it is difficult to get through to the surgery on the phone, we are in discussion with our telecommunication company to work through these issues. We apologise for the inconvenience.

Now our doors are open to you again we are happy to accept your prescription requests using the in-house prescription box.  You can also use e-consult and online access however, we are no longer able to accept them via the telephone.

Due to the outbreak of COVID-19 (Coronavirus) in the UK we are changing how we book all face to face appointments. The online booking appointment system has been temporarily suspended at the surgery and we ask all patients to use either eConsult or to ring the practice on the day to book an appointment. This will ensure that we are able to fully assess risk before appointments are booked at the surgery.

You can still register for online access to order medication and view medical records by giving us a call , and a patient advisor will assist you. Alternatively  you can use the NHS App, this takes a few minutes and you will be required to verify your ID.

eConsult is available for both adults and children. We cannot advise parents on whether to send their children back to school in the light of the latest Government guidance for schools re-opening. Please do not use eConsult for this purpose. For information on how schools are managing under the pandemic please click the link below.
