We currently have 2 GPs absent from work which is unfortunately affecting the number of appointments we have available. We are also aware that it is difficult to get through to the surgery on the phone, we are in discussion with our telecommunication company to work through these issues. We apologise for the inconvenience.
Now our doors are open to you again we are happy to accept your prescription requests using the in-house prescription box. You can also use e-consult and online access however, we are no longer able to accept them via the telephone.
As from the 1st July 2019 we will be offering our patients on-line consultations via a video link from 6.30pm - 8.00pm on Monday & Wednesday evenings. These appointments can only be booked through our triage system held every morning by our practice nurses.
PROTECTED LEARNING TIMES - Practice Closures
In order to ensure continuing education for our staff we allocate the last Thursday afternoon of every month as protected learning time.
ON PROTECTED LEARNING DAYS, THE SURGERY WILL BE CLOSED FROM 1PM
